Hotel Le Petit Baigneur is located in the heart of Palavas, near the beach. The hotel borders the Lez River, which flows through Palavas-les-Flots. The neighborhood is peaceful and ensures a relaxing stay.

 

Our small, intimate, and vintage hotel (carefully renovated!) offers small group stays for "fasting and hiking" retreats through the FFJR (French Federation of Fasting and Hiking or other one) and "fasting and detox" retreats.

 

The hotel can be booked exclusively for fasting and detox retreats.

The location is ideal for: Hiking along the sea, around the ponds, or on the bike paths.

 

Cycling (rental of mechanical or electric bikes) on the many cycle paths that start from the center of Palavas-les-Flots and lead to Montpellier, Sète, Aigues-Mortes, and more.

 

Aquarando (aquatic hiking) or coastal walking, and of course, swimming!

 

Yoga sessions (in a nearby studio overlooking the sea or on the beach, weather permitting).
